What hours are you open?
Che Bella Bows is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, for inquiries. We may respond at other times but we do not guarantee it. Please allow 24-48
hours for emails to be answered.
What about Returns + Exchanges?
We offer exchanges if it’s needed. And you may return an item still in it's packaging, up to 2 weeks after the shipping confirmation. When the item is received, we will refund your purchase, but not shipping costs as they have been spent already. We also do not cover the shipping to return the item.
To exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your
order number and the item you want to exchange. As soon as we have the tracking information that the item is on it's way back to us, we will work fast to get you your replacement.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do. Simply email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or message us on Instagram
How long will it take for my order to be processed? (Turn around Time *TAT*)
POST PARTUM CHANGES—
Starting today 2/25/19 — I am changing our turn around time to 1-4 weeks. So please plan accordingly. This doesn’t mean that every order will take this long. But I give myself the 4 week amount of time because we get a large amount of orders during our launches

This depends on many factors but we strive to have order turn around fall under FOUR WEEKS. But if there is a change or an unforeseen circumstance, we do our best to announce that. Either in an email or on instagram or both.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for order processing + shipping (3-5
business days).. We pride ourselves on staying under a 4 week turnaround for production. But life does happen and if there is an unforessen circumstance we will make you aware. Currently, we are expecting our third baby (coming around March 1) and I, Jenni, have extreme exhaustion and can no longer stay up late to fulfill orders. So things are leaning closer to the 4 week TAT.
Who do you use for shipping?
Once shipped, Che Bella Bows is not responsible for any
lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance
to protect your packages, please notify Jenni before placing
your order, email@example.com. If you do have shipping issues, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed as long as we have an email address on file.
Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order
has been shipped, the first notification is telling you we've printed your label. Usually after being printed the order ships the same day or next day. From there it’s up to USPS to scan the package with updates on its travel. And sometimes, updates are slow to happen on their end.
Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. We can try and help but usually USPS asks for the person on the receiving end to make the claim.
Yes, we love to ship worldwide!
Shipping cost is usually $7- $10 depending on the destination and the weight of your package. But it can easily exceed that amount. International packages have taken anywhere from one to 4 weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly, we want you to get your items when you need them.
We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees.
Shipping Changes: If for some reason your
shipping information needs to be changed, all changes can be emailed to
Che.firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hours of purchase with the email subject
"Shipping Address Change”.
What about order changes or cancellations?
Please make sure to verify all items being purchased prior to checkout. Once your order is placed, you have 1 hour to contact us to change it. After that we may Already be working on your order.
What about Discounts & Store Credits?
Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discount codes. But they can be used on storewide sales!
Che Bella Bows will not be held liable for any
accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be toys. Children are NOT to be left alone with their bows, headwraps or bibs. They are accessories.

Please include your order number if inquiring about an order placed. We will get back
with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt.
Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our
next business day. I, Jenni, don't always check my business emails until Mondays.
